Waddesdon Manor Christmas Celebrations 2025

It was a wonderful experience creating a scene of five paper houses for Waddesdon Manor’s 2025 Christmas celebrations. Inspired by the theme A Grand Festive Tour, my piece honoured Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild’s travels in Vienna. The houses were beautifully animated by Tom le Bon, who used projection mapping to illuminate the windows with joyful Christmas Day scenes.

I also designed a scene featuring a beautiful Viennese church, trees and a bridge which was brought to life with projection mapping by Tom Le Bon, who turned it into a stunning snowy landscape, set in an enormous snowglobe.

I created a process reel demonstrating that giving a gift card at Christmas could also spark joy if you also get creative with its presentation!

Nathan Ward – Lightbox design 2023

I was asked to design a lightbox which would feature as part of the Waddesdon Manor Christmas celebrations, with a Peter Pan theme, featuring Waddesdon Manor. I designed a 9-layer piece which was then vectorised, cut in ply and turned into an enormous 1.8m lightbox.
